American Pest Acquires PestMasters, Inc.

Fulton, MD, October 8, 2019—American Pest, Washington DC’s leading provider in modern, preventative pest management, acquires PestMasters, Inc—a family-owned pest control firm located in Richmond, VA.

PestMasters, Inc. has been serving central Virginia since 1953, providing the highest quality pest control service in the state. Dave Boose, CEO and Owner of PestMasters, Inc. is a past president of the Virginia Pest Management Association and as chairman of the Legislative Committee for over twenty years was influential in the development and implementation of many of the pesticide laws and regulations in the state.
